If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, please review the following return and exchange guidelines.

 


Return & Exchange Process

 

  1. Contact Us First : Within 7 days of receiving your item, please call our customer service team to notify us of the issue.
  2. Return the Item : Send the product with all original packaging and receipt/invoice via registered post or deliver it in person to Suho Memorial Paper Museum. (Please note: Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted, except for defective items.)
  3. Shipping Costs : If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will reimburse return shipping costs when we ship the replacement. Replacements are typically sent within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

 

Additional Guidelines

 

  1. Exchanges are only available for the same item. To change to a different product or size, please request a return and place a new order.
  2. For promotional sets, the full set must be returned. Individual items from bundled offers cannot be returned separately.
  3. For non-defective item exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs
  4. Once an exchange is completed, further returns are not accepted.
